    “Personalised Item”: Refers to
any product that has been customised, altered, or designed according to the
Customer’s specifications.

    “Non-Personalised Item”: Refers
to any product offered by the Company that has not been customised or altered.

 

2. Ordering
Process

 

2.1
Personalised Items:

 

    When placing an order for a personalised
item, the Customer agrees that all details provided are accurate.

    The Company is not responsible for any
inaccuracies in the personalisation details provided by the Customer.

 

2.2
Non-Personalised Items:

 

    Non-personalised items may be returned in
accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

3. Payment

 

    All payments must be made in the currency
specified by the Company at the time of purchase.

    The Company accepts payment via Stripe,
Credit card, Bank Trasfer.

 

4.
Production and Delivery

 

4.1
Personalised Items:

 

    Production time for personalised items will
be specified at the time of order placement.

    Delivery times may vary based on location
and shipping method chosen by the Customer.

 

4.2
Non-Personalised Items:

 

    Non-personalised items will be dispatched
within 24 hours, whilst in stock.

 

5. Shipping
and Handling

 

    Shipping costs and estimated delivery times
will be provided at the time of checkout.

    The Company is not responsible for delays
caused by third-party shipping carriers.

 

6. Returns
and Refunds

 

6.1
Personalised Items:

 

    Due to the custom nature of personalised
items, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is faulty
or damaged upon receipt.

 

6.2
Non-Personalised Items:

 

    Non-personalised items may be returned
within 7 days in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

7. Damaged
or Faulty Items

 

    In the event that a personalised item
arrives damaged or faulty, the Customer must contact the Company within 48
hours to request a replacement.

 

8.
Intellectual Property

 

    The Customer acknowledges that all designs,
logos, and artwork provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of
the Company and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

 

9. Privacy

 

    The Company is committed to protecting the
Customer’s privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

 

10.
Limitation of Liability

 

    The Company shall not be liable for any
indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our
products.

 

11.
Governing Law

 

    These Terms and Conditions shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

 

12.
Amendments

 

    The Company reserves the right to amend
these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any
significant changes.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Non-Personalised Items

    Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt.

 

1.2 Condition of Item:

 

    The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

 

1.4 Refund Process:

 

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

 

  1. Personalised Items

  1. Exchanges

 

    We do not offer exchanges for any items unless faulty. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

 

  1. Shipping Costs

 

    Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of damaged or faulty items.
